vk8 Terms and Conditions

vk8 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions ("Terms") described on this page apply to all services, games, promotions and transactions on the vk8 platform.

These Terms have been prepared in English and Bengali. If any difference arises between the two versions, the Bengali version shall apply. vk8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time for reasonable cause, and updated information will be published on this page.

To open an account on vk8 and take part in any gaming or betting activity, a member must be at least 21 years old. Use of the platform by any underage person is strictly prohibited, and in such cases the account will be closed immediately.

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

• All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• If attempts to open multiple accounts from the same household or IP address are detected, the accounts concerned may be suspended.
• vk8 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify personal information.
• vk8 reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false or incorrect information.

2.2 Platform Responsibilities

vk8 is committed to ensuring responsible gaming. Age verification measures are in place on the platform to protect minors.

Each member is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is detected, the vk8 support team must be notified immediately.

3.1 Password and Access

• Account passwords must never be shared with any third party.
• If a third party operates the account or the password is handed over, the member bears sole responsibility for any resulting loss.
• If a password is forgotten, it can be recovered via the registered mobile number or email address.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

vk8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If evidence is found that a single person is operating multiple accounts.
• If there is an attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• If account closure is required by law after a prolonged period of inactivity.

Bangladeshi mobile banking methods are used for financial transactions on the vk8 platform. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. This applies equally to all methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned if necessary.
• An automatic confirmation message will be received for each deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the member's own registered method.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Supported Methods

Supported methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

All bonuses and promotional offers provided on vk8 are subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, the member agrees to the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a wager of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering required is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

• vk8 Weekly Reload Reward: 50% bonus on any deposit each week, up to ৳5,000. Wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• vk8 Slot Festival Bonus: 30% bonus once per day, up to ৳3,000. Wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• vk8 Cricket Joy Bonus: 40% bonus once per week, up to ৳4,000. Wagering 15x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• vk8 Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳1,000 reward on your birthday, wagering 10x.
• vk8 Refer a Friend Bonus: Up to ৳2,000 for each successful referral, wagering 12x.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

If a member attempts to collect bonuses without meeting the bonus terms or through multiple accounts, vk8 may cancel the bonus and suspend the accounts involved.

The vk8 platform hosts various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the relevant game interface.

6.1 Bet Cancellation and Result Disputes

• Once a bet has been successfully accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If any bet or game result is affected by a technical error, vk8 will make a decision after investigating.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded or settled according to standard market rules.
• For disputes about results, the support team must be contacted within 48 hours.

6.2 System Errors

If a game result or payout is abnormal due to a software or network error, vk8 reserves the right to cancel that transaction. Attempting to exploit any system error may result in permanent account closure.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Operating games using bots or automated software.
• Collusion or attempting to create artificial outcomes through multiple accounts.
• Any attempt to influence the platform's algorithm or RNG system.
• Creating betting patterns that violate bonus rules.

The vk8 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is set for each tier.

7.1 Cashback Rules

Weekly cashback is paid on the total net loss for the week at a set rate per tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0%, Diamond — up to 1.2%. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

7.2 Tier Changes

Tier changes are based on active participation and regular gaming. vk8 determines tiers by considering specific criteria, and vk8's decision in this regard is final.

vk8 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a way to solve problems. We encourage members to enjoy games responsibly and within their limits.

• Any member can set a deposit limit on their own account.
• A temporary account break is available if needed.
• Self-Exclusion is an option if a member experiences problems with their gaming activity.
• Third-party complaints from family members about a relative's problematic gaming are also taken seriously.

• If a member discloses their personal information themselves or fails to maintain account security, the member bears responsibility for any resulting loss.
• Game results are entirely random (RNG) and no outcome can be guaranteed.

vk8 reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified through their registered contact details or via a notification on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after a change means accepting the new terms. If a member objects to any amendment, they may request that their account be closed.

If any part of these Terms is declared unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective. vk8's interpretation and decision on all matters relating to these Terms shall be final.
